How the Buff Works

Buff Scales with Your TREE staked

The effective boost your receive from the Believer’s Blessing Buff is proportional to how much TREE you stake, relative to your tETH-related holdings and TREE LP positions.

To reach the maximum 1000% boost on your assets, here’s how much TREE you need to stake:

  • tAssets
    • Every 1 tETH (or equivalent) requires 10,000 TREE staked in the Pre-Deposit Vaults
  • TREE LP: 
    • Every $1,000 in TREE LP requires 10,000 TREE staked in the Pre-Deposit Vaults

Example:
If you hold 1 tETH and $1,000 in TREE LP, you’ll need 20,000 TREE staked in total to max out your Believer’s Blessing at 1000%.

Effective Boost

Your effective boost is a culmination of total TREE required for the maximum boost, based on your asset holdings, and your total current staked TREE.

This effective boost is then applied to multiply your Nuts and Season 2 rewards. If you stake less than the maximum, your boost is scaled linearly and proportionally. 

(Hint: TREE LPs generate plenty of Nuts, with 10 Nuts per $1000 of TREE LP.)

How to Calculate Your Effective Believer’s Blessing boost

Follow these steps to work out your personal effective boost, up to 1000%:

  1. Calculate the amount of TREE staked required for your tETH-related holdings:
    tETH amount × 10,000 = A
  2. Calculate the amount of TREE staked required for your TREE LP holdings:
    (TREE LP value in $ ÷ 1,000) × 10,000 = B
  3. Find your total TREE staked needed for max boost
    A + B = X
  4. Work out your actual effective boost, based on your current amount of TREE staked
    (Current staked TREE ÷ X) × 1000%  = Your Effective Boost 

If you stake less than the max required, your boost scales linearly and proportionally. The closer you are to the max, the closer you get to the full 1000%.

A: Any tETH related asset in your wallet or positions held, as well as tETH deployed in supported vaults or pools, based on the latest snapshot.

Q: Do I need to keep my TREE staked the entire season?
A: Yes. If you unstake TREE before the end of Season 2, your boost will be reduced or removed accordingly.

Q: Can I increase my stake later to raise my boost?
A: Yes. You can add more TREE during the Pre-Deposit Vault period to increase your boost, up to the 1000% maximum.

Q: Is the boost capped?
A: Yes. The maximum boost from the Believer’s Blessing is 1000%, even if you stake more TREE than required.
