About Bancor

Bancor Network is a fully on-chain liquidity protocol that can be implemented on any smart contract-enabled blockchain. It is an open-source standard for liquidity pools, which in turn provides an endpoint for automated market-making (buying/selling tokens) against a smart contract.

Launched in June 2017, Bancor has amassed a total value locked (TVL) of $961.84m as of 28 April 2022 and is currently only available on Ethereum.
